I really love this quote I came across on Be Beautiful LA's gorgeously curated Instagram page. It is by Reyna Biddy. I think having a sense of who and what drain you of energy/self-love is important. Obviously life is about giving, but it is also about receiving. No human being can be a constant source without also being refilled and supported. Reciprocity is important. It's important to take stock of who and what help you strike a good balance.
